Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item must include original tags and packaging.

• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can review the situation and provide assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
